I have base Gohan (Buu saga) about the same as base Goku from the Cell games, since Gohan > Kids > #18 I can't not have Goku stronger than #18 and by default his Namek SSj self.

No.18 - 1 Goten - 1.06 Trunks - 1.1 Gohan - 1.2 Even with a 10x multiplier, I could see Base Goku being below Namek Goku until the Boo arc.

But it makes no sense with Veggies display vs Pui Pui. Vegeta is stronger than Goku at cell and close to Kid Gohan. Goku was the weaker of the two ssjs before the form was mastered, so its safe to say that was the most likely time Gokus base could beat his Namek ssj power

Dont forget the base kids were around Android 18, who is far stronger then SSJ Goku. And I have Goku @Cell stronger then the kids, so he must surpassed his old SSJ in his base when was in the Rosat.
